Homemade Chopped Chili

Wash this red pepper and drain the water.

Remove the roots of the pepper, peel the garlic, and cut the ginger into small pieces.

Put all the ingredients into the vegetable chopper.

Mince all the chili, garlic, and ginger.

Pour the ingredients into a large basin without oil and water, and add salt.

Add sugar and stir well.

Then add high liquor and mix well.

Put the chopped pepper into a container that is free of oil and water.

Seal it and leave it for a few days.
10.
Very fragrant and spicy, very enjoyable.
Tips:
Don't touch your face and eyes during the production process. You have to wash your hands several times to get rid of the spiciness.
