Homemade Chopped Chili

Wash the peppers and dry

Go to the teche and put it into the cooking machine

Add garlic and ginger and beat at low speed for about 10 seconds.

Then add salt and sugar and mix well
5.
Finally, put it into a sterilized water-free tank, and pour in high-grade liquor

Cover it and put it in a cool place for a few days.
Tips:
The jars containing chopped peppers must be sterilized without water, otherwise they will deteriorate easily
