Homemade Claypot Rice

Add a little bit of oil to the casserole and wipe the bottom. Wash the rice and put it in the casserole. Add an appropriate amount of water, not too much. The water level is almost five millimeters deep with the rice.

Wash vegetables and blanch them for later use.

Bring to a boil, turn to low heat and continue to cook for about 20 minutes.

Add sliced bacon, sausage, ginger, put the vegetables in, then knock an egg, sprinkle some cooking oil around the rice, and continue to cook for about eight minutes.

Turn off the heat when the eggs are cooked.

Add the soy sauce to the claypot rice according to your personal taste, mix well and start eating ᵒ̴̶̷̤😊ᵒ̴̶̷̤
