Homemade Corn Tofu

Cucumbers, tomatoes, diced, lean meat chopped into minced meat, marinated with soy sauce and cooking wine for a while. Cut the garlic well.

Take a bowl, add an appropriate amount of warm water, add a little salt, sweet noodle sauce, light soy sauce, and a little starch to mix evenly and set aside.

Heat the oil pan, pour in corn oil, lightly add tofu, and fry until both sides become yellowish.

Add the adjusted sweet flour paste. Simmer on low heat for a while, then collect juice on high heat.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the minced meat and saute until fragrant.

Then add the cucumbers and fry the corn.

The tomatoes are finally put in the minced meat, cucumber, and corn and stir-fried for a while.
