Homemade Cowpea

Wash cowpea and cut into sections.
2.
Put the oil in the pot and pour the cowpea.
3.
Stir-fry until the color changes.
4.
Add light soy sauce and salt.
5.
Add a little water and simmer for a few minutes.
6.
Cook until the cowpea is soft and rotten.
7.
Plate.
