Homemade Curry Baked Rice

Prepare the ingredients, saute the prawns, and fry the poached eggs.

Fry the bacon until fragrant, stir-fry the cabbage, and add the rice.

Put the prawns and curry cubes into the fried curry rice.

Put the rice in the baking tray and put the cheese on it.

Put it in the oven, on the upper and lower levels, bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, and it is delicious.
Tips:
I fry the curry rice with cold rice for better results. When frying the bacon, use a low heat, it will burn easily.
