Homemade Delicious Beef Jerky

Cut the beef into strips.

Crush the pepper, aniseed, and osmanthus leaves and pour into half a bowl of water.

Chopped onion and ginger

Wine, light soy sauce, oil.

Sugar, salt, chicken essence, pepper.

Soak scallions and ginger with 4 or 5.

Soak the beef for more than 12 hours with two bowls of sauce. The aniseed water needs to be filtered.

Place the marinated beef on the oven tray.

Bake at 290 degrees for about 30 minutes. This time depends on your own oven power. My oven is the smallest.
