Homemade Delicious Yogurt

Clean the yogurt jar for making yogurt

The yogurt jar and the lid should be disinfected with boiling water first.

Pour drinking water at room temperature between 17°C and 19°C in a small tank to half of the tank.

Add a packet of yogurt powder to the jar.

Close the lid and shake well.

Add water to the jar again to the line marked on the top, close the lid, and shake it again until it is fully dissolved without adding milk.

Push the red compartment in the yogurt maker as far as possible down to the yogurt maker deck.

Pour boiling water to the top of the red compartment.

Then put the small jar in it.

Tighten the lid of the yogurt bucket and let it sit for 8 to 12 hours until the yogurt is formed.

Put the yogurt that has been fermented for a few hours into the refrigerator and keep it cold.

Homemade yogurt is very delicate and thick, and it is delicious with your favorite nuts, fruits, and dried fruits.
Tips:
1. Before making yogurt, the yogurt jar and lid must be cleaned thoroughly.
2. If the yogurt has not formed within the set time, it can be left to stand for a few more hours.
3. Put the yogurt into the bowl with a clean spoon each time you use it.
