Homemade Dried Longan

Remove the branches and leaves of the longan and wash.

After the water is boiled, put the longan in the pot for 5 minutes to remove and drain.

Drain the water and set aside to let it dry naturally.

Place the longan in the middle of the oven, select the hot air function, adjust the temperature to 110 degrees, and bake for 6 hours.

After baking, let it cool and keep it tightly sealed.
Tips:
You can bake two layers at the same time and put them on the grid.
