Homemade Dumplings

Prepare the dishes you need, cut them finely, and fry the eggs in the pan in advance and chop them.

①Pour the minced meat into the pot and stir fry. ②Fry the meat until the oil comes out. ③Put in dried chili, scallion, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce, black pepper, and stir-fry evenly.

Pour the prepared dried bamboo shoots, dried tofu, eggs, mustard and garlic into the meat pot, stir-fry continuously, and add salt. Stir-fry until 8 minutes cooked.

Add local vegetables and green vegetables, stir-fry until evenly, and then take out.

After being out of the pot, let the hot dishes stand for 2 hours to cool down and start making dumplings.

Make dumplings in different ways as you like.

Pour the oil into the pot, place the dumplings evenly, add water that does not exceed the height of the dumplings, simmer on medium heat until the water is dry, then use the oil in the pot to fry the dumplings for 2 minutes. The dumplings have a charred bottom and take them out of the pot.

Take out the pan and serve.

Tips:
It takes time and patience to make dumplings. I will choose to make dumplings on rainy days and make dumplings at home without going out. There is plenty of time.
