Homemade Egg Fried Rice

Wash what needs to be washed and cut into small pieces

Put an appropriate amount of peanut oil in the wok, and fry the eggs first.

Then add an appropriate amount of oil, and then add tomatoes, ham, and red and green peppers. Stir-fry, add rice and continue to fry. When it comes out of the pan, sprinkle with chopped green onions and seasoning with chicken essence.
Tips:
1. The dishes in it can be selected according to your preference, because I like to eat meat, I added less shredded pork.
2. The rice is best cooked overnight and won't stick together.
