Seeing the rice skin bulging, it means that the rice noodle skin is steamed;

Roll it up gently from one side with a scraper;

This way the rice rolls are ready, very simple;

Place the rolled rice noodles on a plate, sprinkle with fried white sesame seeds, and finally blanch the cabbage cores and place them on both sides of the rice noodles. Pour the sauce and drip a few drops of sesame oil.
Tips:
1. The key to delicious rice rolls is to adjust the sauce. The ingredients of the sauce: garlic, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. I want to make it temporarily this time, so I'm lazy and just top it. Just eat the light soy sauce.
2. If the rice milk has the right conditions, it is best to grind it by yourself. You can grind it with a soybean milk machine.
3. The steamed rice noodles should be cooked on high heat, and the time should not be too long. It will be cooked in 1-2 minutes.
