5.
After blanching, take it out and squeeze out the water
6.

7.
Put the fish puree and the minced vegetables, soy sauce and starch together and stir clockwise evenly
8.
Stir clockwise until the mud is sticky and does not fall off as shown
9.
After washing your hands, put the fish mud in the palm of your hand, squeeze it into a ball shape at the mouth of the tiger, and scrape it off with a spoon
10.
Put cold water in the pot, put the shaped fish balls into the pot, put all the balls into the pot, fire the lid and cook in water
11.
After the water boils, the balls will swell, and they will be cooked after a while. I made them a bit bigger and cooked them for a while. Later, I forgot to take photos of the small balls I made, so let’s take a look.

After cooking, you can put it in a sealed food bag and put it in a freezer. You can steam it when you eat it again.
Tips:
It's best to make small balls, the big ones don't like to be cooked, and then the frozen balls don't like to be cooked. Children can't wait!
Children who are not allergic to prawns can add some prawn paste to make them more fragrant. I didn’t make prawns this time. The ones made with prawns before are very fresh, and the children like to eat them.
