Homemade Fish Sausage

Fresh grass carp is boneless and skinless, and 500 grams of fish meat is taken.

Put an appropriate amount of white vinegar in the water and soak the fish for 15 minutes to remove the fishy.

Cut the soaked fish into small pieces, put it in the wall breaker, and put the pepper water in it.
