Homemade Fresh Soup-spinach and Pork Liver Soup

Fresh pork liver is cut into thin skins and washed 3-5 times until the water becomes clear, and then soak in clear water for about half an hour.

Remove the soaking water, drain and set aside.

Add appropriate amount of salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper and cooking wine.

After mixing well, marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Add a small spoonful of powder.

Stir well and set aside.

Remove the roots and wash the spinach and cut into small pieces.

Boil water in a pot, add spinach and cover with water.

After the spinach is out of the pot, place it in cold water and drain it for later use.

Put water and ginger slices in a pot and bring to a boil.

Add the spinach after the water is boiled.

Bring to a boil on high heat, add the liver and boil for 2-3 minutes.

Season with salt before serving.
