Homemade Fried Beef Rolls

Blanch the fat cow in the water. When the water is boiled, the fat cow is slightly turned off, immediately turn off the heat, spread out one by one with chopsticks, and put it on the plate.

Cut the onion into shreds, cut the coriander into sections, and normally cut some millet peppers and red peppers. I didn't put any peppers here because I would eat them for children.

Stir-fry the onion softly and pour into the fat beef.

Slightly turn it a few times, add in soy extract, fresh soy sauce, toned in soy sauce, add cumin and stir fry over high heat, add coriander salt, stir fry out.

Stir-fried faster. I didn’t take the picture before adding the dark soy sauce. You can add some water to the rice bowl. Don’t let the soup dry.

Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
There is no need to add chicken essence and monosodium glutamate, home cooking does not need oyster sauce or the like. What are the auxiliary ingredients, no onions, and a little bit of cumin will taste better. The home cooking should be casual and just serve.
