Homemade Fried Noodles

Ingredients: Hand-made noodles, bean paste, sweet noodle sauce, pork, onion, ginger, cooking wine, salt, oil, potato flavor, fresh pepper powder, chicken essential oil

Peel and dice potatoes, wash and mince green onion and ginger

Diced pork

Pour a proper amount of oil into the pot, heat to 80% hot, add the chopped green onion and ginger and stir fry until fragrant

Then add minced meat and cooking wine and stir fry to get the aroma.

Change the heat to low, add the bean paste and sweet noodle paste and stir well.

Add diced potatoes and stir fry evenly

Add flavor grade fresh and water, stir-fry and cook on low heat for 5 minutes, when the sauce is slightly thick

Add chicken essence and pepper to taste,

Then add a small amount of water, starch, thicken, pour sesame oil on it, and take it out of the pot

After the water is boiled, add the hand-rolled noodles to cook, then remove the noodles and soak them in cold boiling water, then remove them and put them in a bowl; just add the fried sauce.
Tips:
Diced meat is not good if it is too fat or thin. It is best if it is fat or thin.
Potatoes have to be cooked to taste
