Homemade Fried Rice

Prepare the ingredients

Cut the ham, carrots, and chives into small pieces
3.
Heat up a proper amount of oil in a pan, pour in the chives and carrot particles and sauté until fragrant
4.
Add ham pellets and stir fry evenly
5.
Add a pinch of salt and stir well
6.
Add leftover rice and pat loosely with a spatula
7.
Stir evenly to get out of the pot
