Homemade Fried Tofu
1.
Cut red peppers into rice, cut green peppers into circles
2.
Soak the tofu in warm salt water for 10 minutes and drain the water
3.
Sprinkle a thin layer of oil on the pan and heat it up, carefully put the tofu into the pan and fry it until golden brown.
4.
Add half a bowl of broth (or water) and pour over the tofu, sprinkle with salt and soy sauce, bring to a boil, turn to a low heat and cook slowly
5.
Before the soup is dried, sprinkle red pepper rice and green pepper rings, carefully turn the pot, and finally pour oyster sauce, chicken essence, and chopped green onion.
Tips:
1. Soaking in warm salt water can make the tofu get rid of the beany flavor, and it will be more tender when it is burned. This is the key.
2. Don't stir fry tofu randomly. Make sure to fry slowly over a low fire. When the tofu is fried, it won't stick to the pan. You don't need too much oil to fry tofu, just a thin layer.
3. Salt should be added when burning, and slow-cook with low heat to fully taste.
