Homemade Fries

The potatoes are peeled and cut into sections and soaked in clean water for 15 minutes, and the excess starch is obtained.

Boil the water for two minutes, let the pot cool and control the moisture

Put it in the fresh-keeping box refrigerator freezer for more than one hour.
