Homemade Fries

Peel the potatoes, wash, slice, and cut into long strips.

Add two tablespoons of salt to the water and then add potatoes to soak for about five minutes.
3.
Boil the potatoes in boiling water for two to three minutes.
4.
Take out the cold water.
5.
The potatoes are drained and coated with starch.
6.
Heat oil to 60% heat, add potatoes.
7.
Fry until the potatoes float and remove the golden brown.
8.
It is delicious with homemade tomato sauce.
