Homemade Fritters

Put the flour, yeast, sugar, and eggs in a deep basin and mix to form a dough, then add rice bran oil to form a smooth and soft dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it dry for 3 hours.

The dough is fermented to twice its size, and you can see a honeycomb shape when you break it apart.

The fermented dough is taken out and placed on the chopping board, into a strip shape

Apply a layer of oil on top

Cut into even small pieces

Put the two oily sides on top of each other, and use chopsticks to press firmly in the middle

Pour vegetable oil in the pot and heat until 70% hot, stretch the noodles, roll them into twists, and put them in the pot.

Keep flipping during the frying process

Deep-fried fried dough sticks, drain off the oil

The finished picture, matched with soy milk or white porridge, and another plate of vegetables is a beautiful breakfast.
