Homemade Healthy Fries

Peel and clean potatoes

Cut the potatoes into 5~8 cm long and 0.5 cm thick, rinse with water to remove the starch, then add 2 grams of salt to marinate for about 10 minutes

Tips:
1. The French fries are marinated with salt in advance to remove the water and taste more crispy;
2. The French fries should not be cut too thick or too big, and it is not easy to bake;
3. If you like a light taste, you don't need to add salt and pepper before baking.
