Homemade Hot and Sour Potato Shreds

Peel the potatoes, wash the green peppers and set aside

Shred potatoes

After cutting, wash the potato shreds several times until clean water
4.
Potato shreds blanched
5.
Discoloration and remove, over cool water
6.
Pour in oil, add dried chilies, green peppers and stir fry
7.
After the green pepper is fried, add potato shreds and continue to stir fry, then add salt and vinegar, stir fry evenly
8.
Thump kicking, it's out of the pot, hahahaha
Tips:
1. The potato shreds must be cleaned after being cut, otherwise starch will affect the taste;
2. Be sure to blanch the water, otherwise the potatoes are easy to be food poisoned if they are not cooked~
