Homemade Hot Dry Noodles
1.
Ingredients: chives, coriander, cooked peanuts, noodles, mustard, sesame sauce, chili oil, salt and vinegar
2.
Use sesame oil to slowly adjust the sesame paste into a paste, because the finished sesame paste will be sticky and will not taste good, so make it thinner.
3.
Pickled mustard tuber, cut into small particles
4.
Wash the chives and coriander, mince,
5.
Thousand sheets shredded, blanched and picked up
6.
Shake the soda noodles and put them in a pot of boiling water. When the water is boiled, cook on high heat for about 1 minute.
7.
Remove and rinse under cold water
8.
Spread the washed noodles flat in a larger dish, drizzle with sesame oil, and mix evenly to prevent the noodles from sticking to each other
9.
When eating, use a slotted spoon to quickly blanch the cold noodles in boiling water
10.
Pour the prepared sesame sauce, chopped peanuts and mustard tuber chili oil on the noodles, sprinkle with salt, a little MSG vinegar, and then sprinkle with chopped chives and chopped coriander and mix well.
Tips:
The noodles must be alkaline noodles, the taste of other noodles is not strong.
Be careful when cooking noodles. Don’t cook the soda noodles until they are fully cooked. Just cook them until they’re mature.
