Homemade Invert Syrup

Prepare the ingredients

Pour the sugar into the stainless steel pot

Add water to boil

Lemon squeeze
5.
Pour in lemon after opening

Do not stir at low heat during the whole process. Brush the sugar around the pot with a brush dipped in water for about 30-40 minutes.

After cooling, pour it into a glass and refrigerate it for one year.
Tips:
To boil a syrup is to be patient, and boil it slowly until it thickens.
