Pea flour weighed 250 grams

Weigh 4 times the water of pea flour, it doesn’t matter if it’s a little bit more

Bring the water in the pot to a boil, turn to a low heat, pour the pea flour water into the pot, stir while pouring, no one will take pictures for me, I just poured them all down

Stir it until everything becomes transparent, turn off the heat, and you can pour it out and set the shape

Just prepare a clean basin, pour it all in, and smooth the surface as much as possible. Special reminder, when setting the shape, cover the surface with a clean towel, otherwise the surface will be dry.

It takes about two hours to set the shape. Take out half and cut into long strips.

Prepare seasoning: one spoon of salt, two spoons of vinegar, two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of sesame oil, one spoon of Laoganma put a little chili oil in a small bowl
