Do you really want to eat cold dishes in summer? Let's have a hot and sour jelly to relieve the heat and appetite

Homemade Jelly

1. All materials are ready

2. Pea flour weighed 250 grams

3. Add the same weight of water to the powder, and the ratio is 1:1.

4. Use chopsticks to stir evenly. Be sure to stir evenly. There should be no lumps.

5. Weigh 4 times the water of pea flour, it doesn’t matter if it’s a little bit more

6. Bring the water in the pot to a boil, turn to a low heat, pour the pea flour water into the pot, stir while pouring, no one will take pictures for me, I just poured them all down

7. Stir it until everything becomes transparent, turn off the heat, and you can pour it out and set the shape

8. Just prepare a clean basin, pour it all in, and smooth the surface as much as possible. Special reminder, when setting the shape, cover the surface with a clean towel, otherwise the surface will be dry.

9. It takes about two hours to set the shape. Take out half and cut into long strips.

10. Prepare seasoning: one spoon of salt, two spoons of vinegar, two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of sesame oil, one spoon of Laoganma put a little chili oil in a small bowl

11. Adjusted seasoning juice

12. Pour on the jelly and mix well and serve

Tips:

1, When adding water to the pea flour, be sure to stir it evenly, there should be no lumps
2. When boiling in the pot, turn on a low heat and stir the chopsticks indefinitely until it is transparent.
