Homemade Jelly "frog Fish"

1. Make the jelly noodles evenly and thinly with water.

2. Prepare water in a basin.

3. Put a leaky tweezers on top of the water. (Do not directly contact with the water below, keep some distance from the water).

4. Put 200 grams of water in the pot and bring to a boil. Add the jelly noodles and mix well until they are cooked and transparent.

5. Pour the prepared jelly into the drain tweezers, and press down the jelly with a spatula.

6. Seeing that this is the pressed jelly, it has become a "little fish".

7. The garlic is flat and chopped, and the peanuts are also chopped.

8. Chopped green and red peppers.

9. Put the jelly in a bowl, add light soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, peanuts, green and red peppers, and a little warm water, mix well and eat.
