Homemade Kebab

Cut the lean meat into 2 cm cubes, add minced ginger, garlic and salt to marinate the meat, add pepper powder and pepper

Add cumin grains, or replace it with cumin powder, pour into cooking wine, add sesame oil and marinate for half an hour

Skewer the marinated meat into skewers, preheat the oven for five minutes, put in the meat skewers, brush with a layer of oil, sprinkle with chili powder, and roast at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn over, brush with oil and sprinkle with chili powder, and continue roasting 20 minutes
Tips:
1. If you don’t like the meat that is too big, you can cut it into smaller pieces, but I think the bigger pieces are more enjoyable, haha
2. Add all kinds of noodles by yourself, I still like the spicy flavor
