Homemade Kimchi

Prepare two glass bottles, (of course, if you have a pickle jar, it’s best) cook them in a pot for a while to ensure that the bottles are sterile

Long finger-thick strips of cucumber and carrot

Add cold boiled water, appropriate amount of salt, sugar, pepper, white vinegar, green onion, ginger, garlic, cucumber, carrot and red pepper, then pour 2-3 tablespoons of high white wine, and marinate for 3 to 4 days.
