Homemade Lard

Rinse the pork suet with water.

Cut into small pieces.

Pour into the pot while adding a small amount of water.

Medium fire has been boiled.

When the oil comes out, the lard residue changes color.

Put a pinch of salt in the bowl.

Pour the lard, it is best to put a slippery net, so as not to mix into the oil residue.
Tips:
1 The leftover lard residue can be fried with greens, and it tastes very special.
2 In places where pork is sold, you can buy pork suet.
