Lard has a magical phenomenon. When it is hot, it is like salad oil, but after cooling it turns into a white solid. It is very delicate and pure, and it feels very fun. You can make some lard yourself, which can be used to make pastries, but the ones you make are better than the ones sold outside.

Homemade Lard

1. Rinse the pork suet with water.

2. Cut into small pieces.

3. Pour into the pot while adding a small amount of water.

4. Medium fire has been boiled.

5. When the oil comes out, the lard residue changes color.

6. Put a pinch of salt in the bowl.

7. Pour the lard, it is best to put a slippery net, so as not to mix into the oil residue.

Tips:

1 The leftover lard residue can be fried with greens, and it tastes very special.
2 In places where pork is sold, you can buy pork suet.
