Homemade Laver Rice
1.
Prepare a piece of ham, cut into strips, 2 eggs, add 1 tablespoon of salt, and beat with chopsticks.
2.
Put peanut oil in the pan, spread the oil evenly on the bottom of the pan, pour in the egg liquid, and when both sides are fried until golden, take out the egg cake.
3.
Cut the egg cakes into strips and put them on the plate for later use.
4.
Put the freshly steamed rice in a mixing bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt, sugar, chicken essence, and black sesame oil. Stir well.
5.
Cover the bamboo curtains used to roll the seaweed with plastic wrap, put the seaweed slices on it, use a rice spatula to evenly spread the mixed rice on the seaweed slices, and arrange the egg strips and ham strips on one side.
6.
Roll up the bamboo curtain, and pull the cling film out while rolling. When you are rolling, press the bamboo curtain with your hands, and don't roll it too loosely. Otherwise, the rolled seaweed rice can easily fall apart with a knife.
7.
Cut the prepared laver rice, put it on a plate, and serve with a small dish of spicy cabbage. It's really delicious.
Tips:
I didn't read the way of rice covered with laver in the recipe, I just felt that the taste of rice covered with laver from outside did not suit me, and it tasted a bit fishy. So I added some sesame oil to the bibimbap, and made seaweed rice according to my taste.
