Homemade Luncheon Meat

1. Prepare the ingredients, go home and beat the minced pork belly, which is more hygienic

2. Beat two eggs (only the egg whites) into the meat

3. Add green onion, ginger, salt, sugar and soy sauce (steps in no particular order)

4. Stir quickly in one direction to make the meat filling

Tips:
