Homemade Luncheon Meat

Prepare the ingredients, go home and beat the minced pork belly, which is more hygienic

Beat two eggs (only the egg whites) into the meat

Add green onion, ginger, salt, sugar and soy sauce (steps in no particular order)

Stir quickly in one direction to make the meat filling

Stir until the chopsticks can stand

Put it into a square container and compact the meat

Wrap it in plastic wrap.

Put in a pot and steam over medium heat for 40 minutes

Pour the egg yolk liquid and continue to steam for 10 minutes

Tips:
Mom’s reminder: Since I make it myself, I don’t have preservatives. I try to finish it on the same day. What I make is for the whole family. If I only give it to children, I can reduce the amount of meat.
Adults may find the taste bland when they eat it. You can prepare it with a dipping sauce.
