Homemade Mapo Tofu

All food materials are prepared properly.

Cut the tofu into equal pieces, shred the ginger, mince the chili, cut the green garlic seedlings into small sections, mince the lean meat, smash the garlic, and chop it, and chop the bean drum slightly.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot. After the water is boiled, put the tofu in the boiling water and blanch it.

Clean the pot and put it on the fire, without adding oil, pour in the pepper and stir fry to get the fragrance, remove it, and crush it with a rolling pin.

Bring the pot to the fire, pour a proper amount of oil, after the oil is hot, pour into the bean drum and stir fragrant.

Add tofu and stir-fry gently.

Add appropriate amount of salt, two drops of soy sauce, a small bowl of water, and simmer for about three minutes.

Pour in the minced pepper and green garlic sprouts, stir-fry, and it is done.
Tips:
1. Chili is easy to burn, so be sure to low heat
2 Blanch the tofu to remove the beany smell.
3: Tofu is not easy to taste, you can use toothpicks to pierce some small holes.
