Homemade Marinated Dried Tofu

Prepare these materials first. The halogen material package is kept at home for a long time, which is very convenient.

Rinse the dried white beans and put them in a pot of cold water, add half a tablespoon of salt and blanch them again to remove the beany taste.

Prepare another boiling pot, pour in the right amount of water, put the brine bag and ginger and garlic cubes into a high heat to bring to a boil.

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and continue to cook five flavors over medium-low heat.

Boil for about 5 minutes, put the blanched dried tofu in, and cover the dried tofu with the brine.

Tips:
The easy-to-make stewed tofu is not very convenient, and you only need to prepare it one night in advance, then you don’t need to worry about it, let the tofu absorb the juice and taste.
