Homemade Method of Dried Plum
1.
Wash the mustard greens with water first
2.
Put the washed mustard greens on a clean floor and dry them for a day, until the leaves are soft and the water is less.
3.
Then put the mustard greens on the plate, sprinkle with salt, don't sprinkle too much, just a moderate amount.
4.
Sprinkle with salt and knead it with your hands until the stems soften and the leaves come out of water.
5.
Put the kneaded vegetables in a bucket, cover and leave for one night.
6.
The next day we found a lot of water out of the bucket, so we took the vegetables out and put them in the sun.
7.
After drying for one day, take it back and rub it in the evening, and repeat the drying for a few days until it dries. Finally, you can store the dried plums and cook them when you want to eat them.
Tips:
The dried plum is best stored in a jar.
If you don’t store it for a long time during the production process, you don’t need to add a lot of salt. The reason for adding more salt is to keep it longer.
