Homemade Noodle Soup

Add the flour, salt and water into the noodle machine to press out the noodles and cut into small pieces for later use

Heat the pan, put the oil, lay the eggs, add the chopped green onion and ginger and stir fry until fragrant

Stir in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes on high heat to form a thick soup base

Add fresh shiitake mushrooms and tomatoes to boil

In another pot, cook the noodles
6.
Lettuce, coriander, chopped green onion in the pot, turn off the heat
7.
Add the cooked noodles to the pot and enjoy
Tips:
The best water to boil egg soup is boiling water, and keep it boiling for 10 minutes, the soup will be very white and fragrant.
