Homemade Noodles As A Supplement for More Than 7 Months
1.
Wash 30g of millet.
2.
After the water in the pot is boiled, add the millet and cook for 3-5 minutes. It does not need to be cooked until it is fully cooked.
3.
Keep the millet dry.
4.
Put 45g of flour in the bowl.
5.
Put in the millet and lightly coat it with a layer of flour. Be sure to lighten it or the millet will become a lump.
6.
Finally, use a dry sieve to sieve the wrapped millet to remove the excess flour, seal and freeze it and take it for use, rest assured that it will not turn into a lump of ice.
Tips:
1. The millet in this grain of noodles is half-cooked and not fully cooked. The fully-cooked millet is too soft and may be crushed accidentally when wrapped.
2. Don't make too much soup when the noodles are cooked, try to make it thicker.
3. The boiled noodles can be cooked, but I don't know if they are cooked. Adults can taste it.
