Homemade Oily Noodles

Prepare materials. Cut the shallots into chopped green onions and press the garlic into garlic paste. Wash greens, leek and cut into sections, remove the roots of mung bean sprouts.

Add water to the pot, and after boiling, add a drop of oil and a little salt. Blanch the mung bean sprouts, greens, and leeks, remove them and set aside.

Add water to the pot, boil, add the noodles.

Spread chili powder, pepper powder, vinegar, salt, chicken powder, and soy sauce on the noodles.

Heat the rapeseed oil to 70% heat, and pour it on the surface of the chili peppers.
