Homemade Pasta
1.
Add half of the pot's volume of water to the pot, add a spoonful of salt, and bring to a boil. After the water boils, spread the pasta evenly around the pot for a week. Leave the pot open and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Stir with chopsticks occasionally in the middle to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pan
2.
Cut the cabbage leaves into shreds, shred the onions, cut the ham into strips, and cut the garlic into minced garlic
3.
Take out the cooked pasta, put it in a small bowl, and set aside for later use
4.
Pick up the frying pan, put a small spoonful of salt after the oil is hot (this will prevent the oil from splashing and slamming yourself), add minced garlic and stir fry for a fragrance
5.
Add ham strips and stir fry for 2 minutes
6.
Add the previously chopped cabbage and stir fry with onions
7.
Add in Weijixian soy sauce and stir fry for 2 minutes
8.
Add an appropriate amount of water so that the surface of the water is just flush with the vegetables
9.
Add three spoons of tomato sauce (you can add more or less according to your taste here, I also add a small spoon of oyster sauce to increase the flavor), mix well, cover the pot for five minutes, and collect the juice on high heat
10.
Add a small amount of sugar, pour the cooked pasta into the pot, turn to low heat, stir fry evenly, and mix the noodles with the sauce.
