Homemade Pickled Cucumbers

Wash the cucumbers and control the water.

Cut cucumber into strips.
3.
Slice ginger and garlic.
4.
Pour soy sauce into the pot, add star anise, cinnamon, and a little salt to boil over high heat.

Put the cut cucumbers, ginger slices, and garlic slices into a small pot. Wait until the boiled soy sauce is completely cool, pour it into a basin and mix well.

Set up another oil pan, add the peppercorns to heat.
7.
Pour the burnt pepper oil into a basin with cucumbers and pickle it for 24 hours before eating.
Tips:
◎Control the moisture after washing cucumbers.
◎You can add some peppers to pickle together.
