When I was a child, whenever it was cold, my mother would make a bowl of heart-warming homemade pimple soup for me in the morning-a combination of fragrant broth, fresh vegetables, vigorous gnocchi, and nutritious poached eggs. It's the taste of home.

Homemade Pimple Soup

1. Knead a little bit of flour and water to form a smooth dough with moderate hardness.

2. After waking up for half an hour, rub the strips.

3. Add a large bowl of water or stock to the pot. After heating, the dough is pulled into small pieces and placed in the pot.

4. Keep the fire low after the water boils.

5. After the noodles are laid, beat in the eggs.

6. Cut tomatoes and ham into small pieces.

7. Bottom into the noodles, rub some cucumber shreds when the tomatoes are soft and rotten.

8. Sprinkle with chopped seaweed.

9. Add all the spices and turn off the heat.

10. Put it into a container.

11. Tasty and delicious.

Tips:

1. Use cold water for kneading noodles if you like strength, and hot water if you like softness.
2. The seasoning of the side dishes can be adjusted according to your own taste.
