Homemade Pizza

Slice the mushrooms, cut the green peppers into circles and set aside.

Shred the mozzarella cheese.

Pizza sauce: Put a small piece of butter in the pan to melt, saute the onion, add the diced mushrooms, and fry until soft, add the tomato sauce and black pepper, fry and serve.

Prepare slices of ham, salami, and beef cubes.

Pizza base: add 100g of flour, add 60g of water, add 5g of yeast, 3g of salt, 10g of sugar, knead it into a smooth surface and ferment for 30 minutes. Bake the fermented dough at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Spread the pizza sauce evenly.
