Homemade Pizza Sauce

Prepare the required ingredients, tomatoes, onions, garlic

Peel tomatoes (slightly hot in boiling water, so that peeling is easy) and cut into small cubes, garlic into minced garlic, and onion into small cubes for later use

Add oil to the pot and heat to five layers of heat

Pour in the onion and sauté slowly to get the aroma

Pour in tomatoes over medium heat and stir fry until juicy

Add sugar after juice

Add salt, add a lid and continue to simmer slowly

Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, with tomatoes softened, pour in garlic and stir fry

After harvesting the juice, add Shisanxiang (our family doesn't like the taste of pizza grass, I used Chinese spices instead)

Put it in an airtight bowl and keep it in the refrigerator for 7 to 10 days (but also eat it as soon as possible)
Tips:
1. Choose ripe tomatoes, which are easy to boil and the color is more beautiful
2. The color is not red enough, you can add some ketchup to color
