Homemade Pork Floss

Ingredients: 450g tenderloin, 3 pieces of white cardamom, 3 pieces of cinnamon, 1 piece of grass fruit, 1 piece of salt, appropriate light soy sauce, appropriate amount

Tips:
*It is better to cut the meat into large pieces. When cutting, it is easier to cut the meat along the lines.
*If you want the meat floss to be loose, you must tear it loosely when you tear it. If you want it to be crispy, just thick strips.
*It would be better if the bread machine has this function. The fried pork floss is also looser.
