Homemade Pork Floss-the Super Easy Way

Ingredients: 550 grams of chicken breast, seasoning 1: onion, ginger, pepper, fennel, bay leaves, cinnamon, cooking wine, etc.

Seasoning 2: 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of steamed fish and soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of edible oil, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of homemade dried shrimp skin monosodium glutamate, add the noodles in a bowl to make a sauce. Tools: sushi curtain, bamboo slices, bamboo spatula/wood spatula, chopsticks.

Remove the tendons from the chicken breasts and wash them.

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces along the grain.

Add water that hasn't had the chicken pieces in the pot and boil for a few minutes to skim the foam, remove and rinse.

In another pot, add water, seasoning 1 onion, ginger and other spices. Bring to a low heat and simmer for about 40 minutes.

Pour the fried pork floss on a flat plate, cool, bottle and seal, I will use the original pork floss container. Weighed 550 grams of meat to yield 186 grams of floss. If you give it to a baby with complementary food before 1 year old, you can use a food processor to make froth for easy digestion and absorption.
