Homemade Pork Jerky

We prepare fresh pork fillings. Eight points thin and two points fat. Try to chop it finely. Add all the spices except honey and stir well.

Preheat the oven at 200° for five minutes. We lined this baking tray with tin foil. Put this mince on a baking tray. Cover with a layer of plastic wrap. First, gently flatten it with your hands.

Remove the plastic wrap and put it into the oven. Mid-range fire at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Prepare honey and warm water, stir well and set aside.

After 15 minutes, we take the meat out of the oven, brush it with honey and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Bake at 150 degrees for 15 minutes. Then we let it cool naturally. Cut it into a shape you like and put it on the plate.
Tips:
Try to choose lean meat for this dish. Because it is too fat, it will melt when it enters the oven. The condiments in it can be adjusted by yourself. If you like to eat chili, add some chili noodles. This one must be taken out of the oven until it can be completely confirmed before it can be cut to be easy to shape.
