Homemade Potato Chips

1. Peel and wash potatoes.

2. The slices are washed to remove the starch.

3. Drain the water.

4. Put oil in a pot and heat to 80% heat. Add potato chips and half a spoon of salt.

5. Fry until golden yellow.

6. Remove and let cool before serving.

7. Add some spicy powder and mix well.
