Homemade Potato Chips
1.
Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin slices (I cut them with a special tool, if not, slice them directly)
2.
Wash away the starch on the surface with water
3.
Put water in a pot to boil, add a small amount of salt, and blanch the potato chips for 30 seconds (Do not blanch the water for too long, otherwise the potato chips will be rotten)
4.
Take out cold water and let dry
5.
Sift the starch into the dried potato chips
6.
Starch coated potato chips
7.
Put oil in the pan, add potato chips to fry after 60% heat
8.
Fry until golden brown, remove and drain the oil
9.
Sprinkle with black pepper, red pepper, cumin powder and mix well
Tips:
1 Cut the potatoes as thinly as possible, and do not blanch them for too long to prevent the potato slices from becoming soft and rotten.
2 If you cook too much at one time, you can put it in the refrigerator after blanching, and then take it out and fry it next time you want to eat it.
3 Although potato chips are delicious, they should not be eaten too much if they are fried
