Homemade Round Taro Cakes

Slice the taro

Chop the green onions
3.
Dissolve the cornstarch and add the ingredients
4.
Break the eggs and pour into the above ingredients
5.
Put the chopped green onion into the pan and fry
6.
Add the fried green onion to the above mixture
7.
Mash the steamed (20 minutes) taro
8.
Pour the smashed taro puree into the solution of step 6 above
9.
Add enough oil to the pot, put the mashed taro in step 8 into the pot for frying (control the amount each time)

The taro must be steamed and mashed
